The children play an important role in the community at RLJC. They are valued just as much as the adults and as a result of this are often given roles in the services.
When they are not in the services, they can often be found in cheder classes, learning hebrew or doing all kinds of arts and crafts relevant to the torah portion or festival. The Cheder meets in termtime on the same first and third shabbatot as the services and starts at 10.00am.
